Whose Birthday Is It Anyway?

Whose Birthday Is It, Anyway?

This year marks the thirty-fifth year of our Whose Birthday Is It, Anyway? program. Though we continue to deal with some unique situations, we are still able to carry out our mission to share our blessings with the people who are served by Bella Terra, Inspired Youth Tutoring, and Methodist Youth Services.

There will be no mission fair, due to gathering limitations, and we will be providing gift cards only to the recipients, to limit the need to physically go shopping. This year, I have requested twenty names from each of the three groups. We will use SignUp Genius to select names.

If you are struggling or have questions,, please feel free to call me to make a selection. Gift cards will be due at church no later than December 6, before worship. As always, please label your gifts with the name of the recipient and their agency.

I have been in contact with our three agencies, and everyone is delighted to accept the gift cards and is very grateful that we are continuing to do the best we can at this time. We will also be collecting toys for Olivet UMC, for girls and boys between the ages of 6 and 13 years old. These should be wrapped and labeled with the appropriate gender and age group. All donations for Olivet must be brought to church before worship on December 6. Thanks for your continuing support and please contact me with any questions.
